t\u00c3\u00a9l\u00c3\u00a9communications am\u00c3\u00a9ricain, la FCC (Federal Communications Commission), a pris le d\u00c3\u00a9cision de consid\u00c3\u00a9rer Internet comme \u00c3\u00a9tant un <i>\u00c2\u00ab\u00c2\u00a0bien public\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00bb<\/i> tout comme le r\u00c3\u00a9seau t\u00c3\u00a9l\u00c3\u00a9phonique.<br \/>\nLa neutralit\u00c3\u00a9 du r\u00c3\u00a9seau
